Peak COD for Zombies fans, but the campaign is a complete fever dream. The bad part is the campaign. The story makes zero sense unless you read hidden text logs, the line "Train go boom" is painful, and forced cyber-abilities ruin the classic COD flow. Playing it solo is a chore, and you’ll just be confused the whole time. The good part is the Zombies mode. Shadows of Evil, Der Eisendrache, and the Zombies Chronicles DLC make this the absolute best Zombies experience in the entire franchise. The Gobblegums, weapon customization, movement, and map designs are unmatched. Campaign is a 3/10, but Zombies carries this game to legendary status.
