I purchased Modern Warfare 1, 2, and 3, as well as Black Ops 6 and 7 on PlayStation. On PC, I bought MW1, MW3, and BO7. I have poured a massive amount of money into this franchise, only to be treated like garbage.
The Absolute Lack of Support: This company actively hides from its player base. There are no direct customer support links, no human contact, and no accountability. They hide behind useless AI bots and vague, copy-pasted FAQ pages. When their game stops working, they abandon you, offer zero troubleshooting, and refuse to refund your stolen money.
Defying Operating System Standards: Their software actively fights against standard Microsoft Windows programming. You cannot even launch the game without it forcing intrusive updates that conflict with basic OS architecture, demanding ridiculous BIOS modifications that put standard PC systems at risk.
My Next Steps & Moving to Competitors: I am completely done. I am taking my time and money to competing developers who actually respect their community, provide functional games, and offer real support. The only way to deal with this company is through platforms like Steam just to force a refund. Avoid this scam at all costs.
