Good
It's a very linear puzzle heavy experience. When I say puzzle, don't expect anything challenging. Most of them revolve around interacting with something. If you focus on that too much you'll realize that you're basically just walking around and clicking on things. Some puzzles are a little too on the nose, like when you're supposed to find a specific spot in someone's house based on a drawing of that spot the house owner made. Ok, weird, but whatever. Then you find the place and there's another drawing of a different place in that house. Come on, you're just making me walk around. I was not a fan of the dialogues. They're not always exhaustive and it's rarely clear which dialogue option will just ask for some information and which will end the interaction. Never mind some options which you won't even know what they do until you choose them, at which point you can't really change your mind. Oh, there's also combat and it's some of the worst I've seen. You basically just look in the enemy's general direction and press a button. Like, it's not frustrating or anything but it may as well not have been there at all. So why should you even consider buying the game? The story is honestly not bad and you actually gotta pay attention to what's going on. There is a constant sense of something happening, as long as you don't get stuck trying to find a tiny object or a thing to interact with. Subjectively, it started falling apart for me near the end, as though the game overstayed its welcome. I just wanted to finish it without caring much for it anymore. Still, I did have a good experience overall. Get it on sale and keep your expectations low, you might end up enjoying it.
