This game changed my life. It made me feel much more mature, because of that thx to the game I can now provide for my family
"Call Me Skyfish" is a somewhat joke orientated 2D retro pixel platformer where you control a fish thing and must, I don't know really, it's not clear what you're supposed to be doing. But whatever you do, you do it by jumping, shooting bubbles left or right, and using your tongue as a swing mechanism. The general level of gameplay quality is on par with the technical delivery... terrible. They chose to use obsolete retro pixel/MSPaint "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. Resolution and controls are locked, and the game doesn't even have fullscreen support, the developer couldn't work out how to do it, so it just displays in a little postage stamp sized window in the middle of your screen. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately, and the quality here is just too low for me to recommend anyone waste the time and effort required to add this to the library and download it.

This game is terrible. Boring, bland, visually ugly, with unreliable swinging mechanics and music, that gets annoying very quickly. Add also bad leveldesign and... things... pain... Just don´t bother thinking that it is a interestingly bad game. Wait at a bus stop instead or watch some advertisement, that is more fun and exciting.
This sure is something. I would not be giving it a positive review, had it not opened my eyes to how lazy a game can be. If you want to reevaluate what you think a bad game is this is a good game to try, now that its free.
Too hard...too bored...
