Bubbles Swimsuit is a color-matching bubble popping game where you play upwards of 90 levels in a simple, relaxing arcade game filled with pixel-stylized lewdly-drawn women.
[h1]--- First Impressions ---[/h1]
Without a real title screen, I was a little put off. The game just thrusts you directly onto the gameplay screen without really explaining things. Completing a level unlocked chests, but if I didn't claim the items from the chests right there, they'd be lost forever. I also didn't really get an explanation as to what the upgrades do and I'm still not sure what the purpose of having coins in the game is when there doesn't seem to be a shop or anything to unlock. The game would definitely benefit from a little bit of a tutorial segment to tell you what does what.
[h1]--- Character Design ---[/h1]
Each level has plenty of eye candy ranging in quality but there's a charming simplicity to the style that makes it more akin to amateur pin-up-style drawings than professional artwork. I realize how that sounds, but I do mean it as a compliment, it manages to give the game a solid sense of identity that makes it visually distinct from many other games in this genre.
[h1]--- The LEWDS ---[/h1]
The girls range from fully clothed to some top nudity, but I didn't notice any female genitalia drawn on aside from some pubic hair, so I wouldn't exactly call it "full body nudity." You unlock galleries at the Level 30, Level 60, and Level 90 marks allowing you to browse through the artwork you've gone through thus far, which is a neat way to reward gameplay in intervals.
I do think that it's easy to overlook the lewds in this game with how well they blend in with the gameplay element itself. I think I ended up actually not even seeing half the girls in the game at least and had to go back through the galleries to take a look at them.
Will you get your rocks off to it? I doubt it unless you really want to just to say you did.
[h1]--- Gameplay Overview ---[/h1]
While fairly standard in its gameplay, there were some minor issues I ran across. Having a mild but common case of colorblindness, it was really difficult to differentiate certain colors. The blues and purples were difficult to distinguish at first but I was able to eventually pick them apart, but the whites and pinks were virtually the exact same to me and I had to rely solely on guesswork to be able to knock them out.
The other issue I ran across was RNG, the fact that in some of the shorter levels, you can fail through no fault of your own but instead to the game deciding you need to lose. This is a minor issue because these levels tend to be shorter, but it nevertheless feels unfair. The upgrades can help to mitigate this problem, but since you lose the chests if you don't open them after each level, it can be easy to run out of upgrades.
Other than that, it's a fairly standard bubble popping game. I did notice that the game refused to let me make certain shots that would have benefited me, instead making me make an inferior or wasted shot instead of an advantageous shot. The trajectory guiding that they offer allows for less infuriating gameplay, which often helps to mitigate these issues, although it doesn't always show and I'm unsure what actually triggers it.
I don't think the gameplay is perfect and there's definitely some things to be done to improve it, but it's not a bad game as is.

· Add a tutorial mission to give a brief overview of the upgrades and mechanics
· If you want the game to be colorblind accessible, add little symbols inside the bubbles corresponding with their colors
· Re-read the text in the game to fix spelling errors
· Unused chests should go into a stockpile to be opened on the level select screen, they shouldn't be wasted if not immediately opened

If you just want a casual bubble-popping game to play while passing time and get some moderately enjoyable pin-up style lewds out of it, this is definitely an alright title for that. Be wary of this game if you suffer from any form of colorblindness as it currently is not very friendly to that, but aside from that and a couple of minor issues, the game succeeds at what it wants to do.
