Bub Block

Bub Block is a free to play 2D top down multiplayer PvP arena brawler with an unusual mechanism that you move blocks around and you can also destroy them by punching them, all the while big disks move around and hurt you if you don't dodge them. The technical implementation is fairly bare bones, with 2D graphics and simple/retro/MS-paint tier artwork. Controls and resolution are locked. Overall the quality and depth of the game are very low. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately.
