Silly point and click game from 2005 and you can defiantly tell it is old. It has a couple of pretty tedious puzzles in the hour it takes to beat it. I didn't hate it, but it is also not great either. Works without any issues with Proton (7.0-4).
quite possibly one ofthe worst games i've ever played
A bore, a bastard and a bonehead walk into a dessert... I can see why this game was seemingly never completed and would not be a priority now to restore. Not recommended to those without prior love of the comic. Clunky, slow, tedious; fairly graphically charming I guess but that's about it. A note for aspiring game designers: having people/bugs speak redneck does not make them/it funny.

A nice, simple game that gives us a brief taste of the amazing lore Jeff Smith crafted.... makes me sad they only made two games, and we may never see an animated adaptation :(
great game typical Telltale story cannot wait for netflix series
Ok, but the second one was better.

this game made me wanna rip baby possum heads off
Based on the comic Out from Boneville by Jeff Smith, Bone is an adventure game that sees protagonists Fone Bone and his two cousins Phoney Bone and Smiley Bone escape the titular town and explore the rural area simply known as “the valley”. The three are separated and it is up to Fone Bone first, and Phoney Bone later to reunite the trio. During this time, the group meets a dragon, huge talking bugs, a beautiful girl named Thorn and her grandmother Ben, all the while solving riddles, puzzles and generally helping the inhabitants of the valley, willingly or not. The game mechanics are okay and the animations are quite good, but the characters are pretty shallow and the puzzles neither very challenging nor rewarding. The story doesn’t captivate really, and is over quickly, for better or worse. While the dialogues are all voiced well, they are not memorable… nothing about this game really is, and when it ends on a cliff-hanger, it is clear that it was just a build up to the inevitable sequel.
Reseña de Bone: Out From Boneville

No Tan Bueno
