HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - 5 STARS This game is absolutely awesome, glad I bought it with the extra DLC content. It's 100% fun but there are some really frustrating and tricky levels thrown in for good measure. Well worth the money.

Really good game, there are plenty of levels with some boss to beat. And after completing all the levels you can even create yours with new blobbs.
Do I remember playing blobbs? I do. Did it look this good? Nope. Blobbs Remastered stays true to the old school flash game I enjoyed growing up, but the graphics are much better. The developer added some new characters/abilities to the mix and it is an enjoyable play. Some levels I breeze through while others take a bit more strategy and patience. I was able to complete the main play though in about an hour or so, but extra content has been added, which is also enjoyable. Thumbs up.
10/10 would recommend
Great game to pass the time, many levels require true strategy and timing even though the Blobbs' movement appears to be randomized. The few that require luck are really satisfying once you get to watch the huge chain reactions take place. Overall very fun and rewarding, and the achievements are great for anyone who is a completionist. Would absolutely recommend this game, especially taking into consideration the price!
"Blobbs: Remastered" is weirdly apparently a remaster of "Blobbs", a game I couldn't find, and it has such bad graphics it's impossible to consider how bad the unmastered version would look. Perhaps it was removed from the planet Earth to protect our sanity. What do you do in the game? It's kind of a puzzle/bullet heaven game where the goal is to survive/eliminate waves of blobs using a variety of mechanisms from explosions, chain reactions and so on. I know, "I Can't Believe It's Not Adobe Flash", the game. There's 50 levels of mediocre as you have to work out the gimmicks to get through each of the levels the right way. I'm going to stick with my old policy of "If it can be done in a web browser, it's not good enough to be considered a real PC game". And the monetisation here is really problematic. This game features very lacklustre minimalist "art" for graphics instead of anything remotely contemporary. I'm sure the "developer" thought this would come across as "artistic", but it doesn't, it comes across as "really lazy". Yes, contemporary 3D graphics take a lot of time and effort to create. That doesn't mean it's okay not to bother! Developers must try to understand that gaming is a visual medium, and gamers spend a lot of money on high end gaming rigs for a reason. And that reason is not so they can look at lazy, phoned-in half efforts like this. On the important matter of pricing and value for gamers, there's a lot going on here with monetisation, so this really shouldn't be considered a truly free product because of that. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $5 USD for this. Now that, kids, is what we call "delusions of grandeur". Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. Even after that, you're expected to pay up $3 USD to unlock content through DLC purchases. The game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is misleading and predatory pricing on a product falsely marketed as "free". Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of only 4 players, it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time playing this. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not on a bet. This might be "free", but I still feel like I got ripped off.
It's not really all that bad, reminds me of space invaders idk why
