honestly not that good of a game AI in this game is the worst of the worst, shotguns are snipers, almost every score streak has some weird typo in it, i think the UAV is a C-130 cargo plane and you can just fly the heli over to enemy spawns and it will kill them immediately when they spawn. funny game tho
ok
How do i respawn???

BLACK ACE is a free-to-play action shooter developed and published by Tuning Mania. Released on Steam in February 2022, it aims to deliver accessible multiplayer warfare through a combination of infantry firefights, vehicles, progression, customization, and several competitive modes. Its production values are clearly those of a small independent project, but its scope is surprisingly broad. Instead of building the entire experience around straightforward gun battles, BLACK ACE attempts to create larger and less predictable confrontations where players can move across open environments, cooperate with teammates, operate vehicles, and earn advantages through successful combat. The basic gameplay revolves around armed multiplayer matches supporting up to 20 players. Its maps provide enough space for encounters to develop beyond close-range shooting, giving players opportunities to reposition themselves or attack from different directions. This broader battlefield design becomes especially important because BLACK ACE incorporates both ground vehicles and helicopters. Vehicles can be used as more than simple transportation, since passengers are able to participate in combat while traveling. A coordinated group can therefore approach an enemy position together, attack from a moving vehicle, or use aircraft to create pressure from above. When these mechanics come together properly, matches can produce enjoyable moments of improvised teamwork. Another notable feature is the ability to alternate between first-person and third-person viewpoints. First-person perspective provides the conventional immediacy expected from a shooter, while third-person play gives a wider view of the character and surrounding environment. Allowing players to switch between them makes the presentation more flexible and lets individuals choose whichever perspective feels more comfortable. It also fits BLACK ACE's overall design philosophy, which generally favors freedom and variety rather than forcing everyone into exactly the same approach. Combat is supplemented by a kill streak system that rewards players for eliminating several opponents without being defeated. Successful streaks can provide additional battlefield tools, including UAV assistance and an AI-controlled helicopter. These rewards create an incentive to survive rather than simply rushing repeatedly toward opponents. Building a streak becomes a secondary objective within each battle, and achieving one can influence the momentum of a match. The system can make successful players increasingly dangerous, but it also introduces the kind of escalating action that suits BLACK ACE's arcade-oriented personality. There is a persistent progression structure outside individual battles as well. Players can increase their level, collect coins, purchase weapons, and improve equipment. Weapon customization allows firearms to be developed beyond their initial configurations, while operator customization gives players some control over their appearance and identity. BLACK ACE ultimately encourages players to continue advancing until they reach the BLACK ACE level, providing a larger objective beyond winning individual matches. Clan functionality complements this progression by allowing groups of players to establish a shared identity and play together. The amount of content promised by these interconnected systems is one of the game's most appealing qualities. Multiple modes, open environments, infantry combat, helicopters, ground vehicles, kill streaks, weapon progression, character customization, clans, and two different camera perspectives make BLACK ACE more ambitious than its modest presentation initially suggests. There is an appealing sandbox quality to its combat because encounters are not exclusively determined by who aims fastest. Positioning, vehicle use, teamwork, and the ability to take advantage of the surrounding battlefield can also contribute to success. However, BLACK ACE faces an unavoidable challenge common to small multiplayer games: many of its strongest features depend on having enough active participants. Open battlefields designed around teams and vehicles become substantially less exciting when matches are sparsely populated. Clan systems similarly have limited importance without a sufficiently active community, while progression is less compelling if finding satisfying competition becomes difficult. This dependence on player population is arguably more significant here than in a traditional shooter with a substantial single-player campaign. The overall level of refinement also reflects the game's independent origins. BLACK ACE should not be approached expecting the audiovisual sophistication, highly refined weapon handling, extensive matchmaking infrastructure, or enormous content libraries associated with major competitive shooters. Its attraction instead comes from the enthusiasm behind its combination of features. Tuning Mania has attempted to fit a surprisingly extensive multiplayer framework into a lightweight game, and that ambition deserves recognition even when individual mechanics lack the polish necessary to make the entire package feel completely cohesive. One practical advantage is its relatively modest hardware footprint. The game's listed requirements are accessible compared with modern large-scale shooters, making BLACK ACE an option for players using older or less powerful computers. Its installation size is also extremely small by contemporary multiplayer standards. An internet connection is naturally important for the online portions of the experience. Progression persistence also involves an account requirement, which is worth considering for anyone interested in investing significant time into unlocking weapons and advancing through the game's levels. BLACK ACE is consequently best suited to players who enjoy exploring obscure independent multiplayer games and are willing to accept rough edges. There is genuine creativity in combining first-person and third-person shooting with vehicles, aircraft, progression, clans, customization, kill streaks, and relatively open battlefields. Its free-to-play format makes experimentation easier because players can discover whether its particular style of combat appeals to them without a significant initial commitment. Ultimately, BLACK ACE is more impressive for the breadth of its ideas than for the refinement of their execution. Its combat framework offers plenty of variety on paper, and its best moments emerge when infantry, vehicles, aerial threats, kill streaks, and teamwork overlap during an active match. At the same time, its smaller production scale and reliance on a healthy multiplayer environment prevent it from consistently realizing the potential of those systems. It remains an interesting independent shooter with an unusually ambitious collection of features, but players should approach it as a modest experimental multiplayer title rather than a polished competitor to major online shooter franchises.
