big fan. but... all of the ai is ruining it for me. you had artists before, why cant you either reuse old sprites or pay more people to do art for you? ai pushes customers away and negatively effects the environment. it makes the game seem lazily made, which it isnt. ive been playing for 6 years now but lately ive lost interest due to the overuse of ai. i dont know if this will reach the devs, but i thought it would be worth a shot.

Fraud Scam I had everything unlock on this app now they trying to recharge me for things I already purchased not far great game but this isn't cool

fraud i bought bitizenship and it stole my money. i tried buying god mode i instead and my money was stolen too. i’ve tried to restore my purchase and ig still hasn’t given it. i want my money back please

Scam They are not honoring the bitcitizen in app purchase. It is supposed to include all future content.

This company has screwed over their Blind gamers I absolutely used to love this game. In fact, I’ve bought quite a few things in this game over the years. It used to be entirely accessible with VoiceOver, and since I am completely blind, that’s the only way I can play games. Months ago they released an update that completely broke their accessibility and they have yet to fix it or address it. I’m very very disappointed and wish I could get all of my money back because this is just ridiculous.

Took away refresh method Taking away the refresh method was horrible. Being able to have a perfect life made the game fun. Now you gotta deal with crazy things completely outside of your control. I just redownloaded this game and now I’m mad at the updates. Fire that new guy, who suggested this in the board meeting.

The age down button is broken Sometimes when I use the age down button it’s the same age I was before but when I click on my name it’s the age that I normally am. Right now it’s I’m 47 but the game is telling me 65. This wouldn’t be a problem, but the issue is everyone else’s aging with the around the 65 age if that makes sense

Cash grab Was good now it’s a cash grab

stole my money bought the $12.99 bitlife citizen + godmode package through by their own website and it never gave it to me and took $12.99 out of my account!! what a rip off

Dev Lied I paid for the Bitzenship pass in the early days of BitLife and was promised all future expansion/career packs free of charge. Well now the dev has changed that and is wanting to charge for the movie director career expansion. Don’t download this game. The devs are becoming greedy and are clearly okay with lying to their community.
