Probably (definitely) the greatest game ever made

This game was a really good experience. It was steampunk esque at its core but it totally had its own moments. The game had me thinking at the start "why in the ♥♥♥♥ am i helping this random guy with his family?" and the game showed me EXACTLY why in a way i could not have known. The whole sequence of "would you kindly" had me totally mindblown. This was something. Can't wait to play the other 2 titles in the series with their dlcs. The combat of this game in the start felt irritating purely cause i played and finished it on survivor difficulty without using any save exploits. The Big Daddy's were A PAIN IN THE ASS. Other than that, the combat felt quite nice. It wasn't anything special or like WOW! but i had my fun with it. Good stuff. As for the other aspects such as the exploration and the puzzles, it got engraved into my brain, really fun. Finding out small hidden areas for some loot on every level with some cataways just for there to be a safe. Good feeling. Even though in my first playthrough i played it on Survivor difficulty, the game did get much easier and I felt myself using more and more abilities and ways to kill them. i found using the trapbolt as most effective to kill the Big Daddy's in the game. I ended up exploring each nook and cranney in every single level in this game and ended up rescuing ALL the little sisters while harvesting none, and that actually mattering was such a nice touch. Good game. a 8.7/10 for me.

Why didn't I know this masterpiece sooner

Un capolavoro assoluto, da giocare almeno una volta nella vita. Non ci sono storie: Rapture è una delle ambientazioni più incredibili mai create in un videogioco. La trama ti tiene incollato dall'inizio alla fine, l'atmosfera è pazzesca e il mix tra armi da fuoco e Plasmidi (i superpoteri) rende il gameplay divertentissimo ancora oggi. La grafica rimasterizzata fa la sua figura, anche se il vero punto di forza resta la narrazione e come è costruito il mondo.
