Bike of the Wild

first off. if you are profoundly impacted by this game. you are a hipster; i'm not judging you as lesser, i'm just saying your'e a hipster. with that out of the way. let me say this game is interesting. if games are art, this would be the work of a local artist hanging in some mcdonalds for a few dollars. it looks nice, and it's functional, but serves no purpose. thankfully it's only 5 dollars, certainly a fair price.

kind of like a getting over it game, but instead, theres 16 +- "mountain" in a 3d environement. The control are really hard to master but you can do really cool stuff when mastered. Its a bit tricky at the start since you don't know which mountain is easier but overall still pretty fun. Unfortunatly there is no achievement so unknown if someone finished all the mountain or not

Whos stupid idea was it to start you off in a pitch black cave with no textures, which is nearly impossible to get out of with this games ridiculous controls. Imediatley dont want to continue with this game

First day playing the game and put almost a full hour from the get go. I found it randomly and it looked interesting enough. Once you get the controls down (just play the tutorial, it's that simple) and you're off! I think you'd enjoy this game if: -You've always wanted to be a sentient bicycle -You enjoy classical music -You enjoy relaxing exploration -You enjoy wacky and zany games It sounds like most of the map is open to get to, but it does seem like the cool spots are blocked off (?). The castle, the ice structure, the rainbow... I'm sure it will take a long time to get to but it's still a fun experience and can be relaxing if you just listen to the music and ride. My bike's name is Geoffrey ^_^ (2nd day playing) Logged in another hour and had lots of fun! I've conquered so many areas, including that ice structure after falling a few times. I love this game a lot! It has such a perfect blend of relaxing gameplay and environment, but also a challenge. Great game! I will continure to work on getting to those other areas someday.

I bought this game twice now. The first time there were some big problems however these have been addressed. I must give my upmost respect to the dev's here. I complained about the 22 fps cap and within about a month and a half the problem was addressed. I am glad I returned this game the first time simply so I could pay full price for it. Now with all that being said it's not perfect with some FPS drops but if you want a game to mess around with for a few minutes here and their I highly recommend.

a game about a bike (which doesn't save the princess :v ) Pros: Bike, huge beautiful landscapes, platforming Cons: shotty controls, no apparent in game camera setting other than the right stick, seems to be limited to 24 fps?? despite the cons i found it rather entertaining for the bit i played. will come back to this when i get bored :)

The creator said they'd give me $500 if I did a certain trail and uploaded unedited footage. I did that and still haven't been paid. I'm not mad about that but thought it'd be funny context. 10/10 will keep playing. I'm gonna beat this game The Most. Do you hear me? I'M GOING TO BEAT THIS GAME.

This game makes me re consider the existence of humanity as a whole. I've never truly had to think about how the human race has been able to technologically advance to the point it has until this moment. at the time of writing this I have played the game 3 times and was only able to handle its power for a sheer 6 minutes each time. It has knocked me off my feet in how you actually play the game, I know its a bike and I must go up, other then that I'm left in the dust. I hope that more games out there will be developed with the intent of making me wonder how humans have ever been able to do anything successfully.
