Bendy and the Ink Machine

I have very fond memories of watching countless playthroughs of this when the game was still releasing chapter by chapter, so it was a fun experience to finally play through it myself. Overall, it's a nice game though flawed and tedious at times. I'll briefly discuss each chapter. Chapter 1 was short and sweet, basically a walking simulator with a single goal and a single scare at the end. But straight away the wonderful artstyle - blending hand-drawn and 3d environments in this wonderfully eerie yellow-tinted studio is a great sight to behold, and by far my favourite thing about this game. Just walking around and inspecting every nook and cranny is really rewarding here. Aside from that, chapter 1 is quick and underwhelming compared to the others. Chapter 2 has a big focus on puzzles and atmosphere, which it succeeds in both of those. Still a shorter one but a much more complete experience. Chapter 3 is rather unpopular with the fanbase but I actually had a great time with it, even if I understand why others wouldn't. The chapter has a multi-floor open area where you are tasked with constant fetch-quests and collections, all while avoiding enemies and returning safely to a main hub area. I never found the quests too difficult or tedious so I had fun. The projectionist enemy is a high point in this chapter. Chapter 4 is where the game gets both a visual and gameplay upgrade, feels much better to play and is overall my favourite. It's susbtantially long, probably has the scariest atmosphere and most enjoyable gameplay. Love it. Chapter 5 was a bit of a disappointment as the final boss is very lackluster, and ending is more confusing than conclusive, with the many mysteries and wonders of the studio kinda just getting handwaved away. Oh well maybe the sequels will explain more. Overall, it's a fine game with excellent art and atmosphere. It isn't too challenging (apart from soem frustrating sections in chapter 5) and not too scary but I appreciate it as a work of art to admire the aesthetics of. Just brace yourself for what is largely a cool and atmospheric walking simulator.

its very very very hard and lags to much but the story is great must buy if you want to buy it i reccomend using ps4 ps5 gaming desktop gaming computer vr i hope you injoy bendy

very fun love playing it def don't play at night but would def recommend

its so nostalgic and peak and still fun to play would definetely reccomend if you have the money

Very interesting game. Good progression, voice acting is alright, One major drawback from the game is a lot of the time while playing it i find myself walking around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do especially on the first level, also the whole ink demon/Bendy was not a threat at all and very underwhelming for being the main antagonist of the game, even the final boss fight was underwhelming. Still a great game.

What can I say? A classic indie horror game, the Bendy series is 100% one of the best, up there with the Resident Evil series. I really enjoyed this game!
