I have played battle for the hill for quite some time now and it is with a doubt the best Political Sim that exists. The rest are larpy discord sims or single player sims that get boring after a while. However, the Wonder Developer Chavez has continued to make the game greater. By adding Canada expanding parties and of course Moderating the content on the platform to promote free speech and yet moderate the content. What i most enjoy about battle for the hill is the iteration resets that allow for parties to be added or created and new coalitions to form that allow the game to be ever changing. The Game is one of the most enjoyable i have played with many real-world buffs and debuffs such as controversy for not voting midterm debuffs incumbent buffs. All of this force the parties to play their best and overall, it's a great game and would recommend to everyone. (i do recommend playing on the browser over Steam)
This Game is such a good one and if you are interested in US politics its a game for you. The person who created it is hands on and is happy to work on the game

I like BFTH as a game, but this Steam version lacks a lot in the menu and as of now the achievements don't even work, I recommend BFTH as a game, but it's better played on a browser.
While this is a game still in development and is far from done, the fact that I can play as Rangers shortstop Corey Seager and absolutely clear and dunk on an independent called Tom Hanks in an election for governor in Alaska with just a few million says a lot about the creativity and near insanity of how you can play this game. Stick a bunch of half-brained idiots, political nerds and people who just wanna be a few hours on a weekend in one room, and you have a political simulation that's one hell of a ride.
As somebody who loves politics, I love this game. It is a stunning multiplayer game that simulates running for office and making deals and passing legislation. In particular I love the corporation aspect of it. I would love if the National Governor's Association had more to it though. However that this game goes that in-depth and even has things like the NGA and state parties, and caucuses is huge! Best political game I have played, and I have played quite a few!
I've been playing since iteration 4. This game has taken years of my life from me. Would recommend. ~~ Godfrey G. Golden
Great Game! The community managers are on top of any funny business aswell. Great group of like minded members who enjoy politics. Would recommend.
Overrated. Do not recommend.
OH HELL NAW
J.Miller BFTH is a great game with many realistic mechanics and probably one of the last of its kind but unfoertunately the community is wayy to tolerant and lofi when banning rulebreakers, The Fact that so much KOFI Exists also slows it down but Overall, with a bit more rp aspect for new players and less toxic player it would be a 10/10, rn just an 8/10 for me.
