TLDR: The game is great and affordable (A fighting game with Rollback Netcode and Cross play). The devs are working on issues if you were interested but turned off by how the launch was handled, check it out in a few months or wait for a sale. Great gameplay, mechanics and rollback but due to the lack of content and sprites on certain characters in it's current state they should have went the early access route instead presenting this as a complete game. The developers definitely are passionate about the game and the Avatar series as a whole, if you're a fan of fighting games/Avatar you'll get something out of this. It's a shame about the controversy surrounding the launch and definitely turned off potential players with some parts of the game being unfinished. However the finished aspects of the game are great: Hand drawn visuals, Tight gameplay, Rollback Netcode and Cross play. This game has more Pros than Cons (which will be resolved by the devs as they are working on them) and I hope it keeps a solid playerbase and doesn't die out.
This game is incredible. and only 30 bucks. i could not recommend it more.
kyoshi and azula good food yum yum yum yum yum
so far good
the art and vibes are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ perfect. I love it. Toph RULEZ!
I've been playing fighting games since 2009, and I'm not exaggerating when I'm saying this is the most fun I've had with a fighting game in at least 15 years. At its core, the game is incredibly snappy, mobile, and just enjoyable to hit buttons and do things. Despite a simplistic core, each character feels WILDLY unique and endlessly deep. There's a good skill curve from easy combos and techniques that still gets you good damage, to some of the most consistently difficult combos I've seen in a new fighting game in over a decade, so there's still a ton of room for skill expression. Especially on release, this game has a bit of a rough exterior, but the core gameplay loop is so fun that none of that matters. Plus, getting into games and rematching over and over for 3 hours is practically instant, and the netcode is very very good.
Characters and system are well designed to be unique and fun to play.
I don't know what it is but this game is so freaking good!
fun game
