About
After a spectacular escape from a maximum-security space prison, you're now the galaxy's most wanted fugitive. The bad news? The lawless hunting you are pretty persistent and don't have much of a sense of humor. Maneuver through dangerous asteroid fields, turn your angry pursuers into space dust, and transform your stolen ship into a proper war machine. The road to freedom is a bit bumpy, but at least the view is nice!
Dynamic Escape & Combat: Dodge fire from lawless sworn to capture you, slip through lasers, and strike back strategically.
Grumpy Pursuers: Face waves of lawless who seem angrier each time. Some use tracking lasers while others come with creative (and annoying) attack patterns. They're all eager to bring you to "justice" - as if you did something wrong!
Deep Ship Customization: Upgrade your ship with stuff dropped by defeated lawless and asteroids. Weapons, shields, special abilities - everything a fugitive needs. After all, style matters as much as survival!

Endless Replayability: How long can you outrun the law? Every run features different levels and randomly angry lawless. Even if you die, you'll be more prepared next time (maybe).
Elite Boss Battles: Face the commanders of special forces hunting you - these aren't your average lawless, they're the extra grumpy kind with way too many phases. These battles are genuinely tough, but victory feels so good!
Retro Soundtrack: Believe it or not, the spaceship you stole actually has a working radio! Escape, escape some more, and shoot back (if you can spare a moment) - all to the sweet sounds of retro instrumental tunes that perfectly complement your desperate run from the law.

Reviews
I was waiting for "Asterobits" since I played the Demo. And I don't regret buying it the moment it came out. Because ... + a fresh approach to survivor-roguelikes, featuring a scifi topic in space + first person view of your flight that is like a space sim, but easier and more straight forward + beautiful aesthetics triggering memories of very early arcade space shooters At the moment, "Asterobits" might have some issues, like the Tesla Cannon doesn't seem to work or the Titan Class doesn't seem to have a weapon at level start, but those "bugs" (if they are) happen with AAA games as well, so it's more thean forgivable. I hope the dev will continue to work on it, because it might become one of the top action-roguelikes, and at least one of the most enjoyable.
I've been waiting a long time for this game, and it was worth the wait. It provides an enjoyable experience. Shooting enemies while dodging asteroids really requires skill and attention, and that's what makes it more enjoyable.. There are some areas that need improvement, for example, a tutorial section is needed for first-time players. Sometimes too many enemies spawn at the same time; a balance adjustment would be good. I'm sure the developers will further improve the game and take it to even better places.
I enjoyed it. quite fun, reminds my of space invaders but 3d, definitely worth the money , hopefully some bug fixes come through soon but overall pretty functional on my system which is arch linux, so probably even more functional on windows
