Recommended (if you still believe in the project) I bought Assetto Corsa EVO during the Early Access period and, at that time, the game worked perfectly on my PC. I enjoyed what I played and was looking forward to future updates. Unfortunately, after the latest updates (0.6.x), the game no longer launches. It now crashes every time with "Illegal Instruction (0xc000001d)". After several days of troubleshooting, I: Performed a clean NVIDIA driver installation using DDU. Verified the game files. Reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables. Updated Windows. Analyzed the crash dump with WinDbg. The analysis shows that AssettoCorsaEVO.exe is executing the FMA3 instruction vfmadd213ps, which is not supported by Intel Ivy Bridge CPUs such as the Xeon E5-2650 v2. Previous versions of the game worked correctly on this same hardware, so this appears to be a regression introduced in a recent update rather than a hardware failure. My biggest concern is not that my CPU is old. The problem is that the game was sold to me in a working state and later an update made it unusable, without any clear notice that the CPU requirements had changed. By the time this happened, I was already outside Steam's refund window. I now own a game that I paid for, that used to work, but can no longer play because of a later update. I sincerely hope the developers either restore compatibility with previously supported CPUs or clearly document that FMA3 is now a mandatory requirem

Super driving game with Wheel and VR. Also Woojer vest. Great UI and settings. Nice handling and feel in VR.
