If Ubisoft could resist the Grindy Open world design philosphy this could've been a nice little game with just incredible Graphics and awesome customization. However, the semi co-op grindy nature of the levels and equipment holds it back and the Jank of the stealth is so bad its like an unintentional form of difficulty spike at various points throughout the game.
Best Ac parkour, gear customization, one of the best maps, lots of missions to do, great assasin and solid story.
This game is peak, good narrative, good gameplay, dont let anyone tell you otherwise.
good game. get it if u like assasin games. very fun to play with freinds
这是我玩过最烂的一部刺客信条
This game overall was pretty fun! Absolutely stunning and immersive visuals, audio, everything, the most npc’s I’ve ever seen in a game that are all doing unique animations and activities, I often found myself just standing there watching npc’s do stuff, such amazing attention to detail! And the buildings, streets, lighting, textures, everything is so well crafted and detailed even in 2026 I’m still in awe! Gameplay-wise there is some clunkiness with the parkour and some gameplay feels less smooth, but overall good fighting/stealth mechanics. After a while the game feels a little empty and the quests that are not the main story feel a little repetitive. It’s also just very city heavy, if that makes sense, I wish it were like half city, half French country side. Because after being in the city so long in, it becomes hard to figure out where you are and everything just blends together and sometimes I got sick of seeing building everywhere. Lastly, I would also say that the story was just OK, left a little bit more to be desired but wasn’t terrible. I would recommend Assassin’s Creed: Unity as I feel It’s still a solid entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise: 6.5/10
Assassin's Creed Unity is one of the most underrated games in the entire saga. The amount of hate this game received because of its launch is honestly crazy. Yes, when it came out, it was buggy as hell. There were technical problems everywhere, and the launch reputation followed the game for years. And yes, the story isn't the strongest in the franchise. But if you can look past that and actually focus on what makes Assassin's Creed Assassin's Creed, Unity is incredible. The gameplay is probably the best in the entire saga. The parkour feels amazing, stealth is more important than ever, combat is more grounded, and moving through Paris genuinely feels like being an Assassin. The animations are smooth, the movement has incredible flow, and the game gives you so much freedom in how you approach an assassination. And then there's Paris. The city is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly detailed. The crowds, buildings, interiors, streets, and architecture create an atmosphere that few open-world games have managed to replicate. Simply running across the rooftops can be more enjoyable than completing an actual mission. The stealth system is also fantastic. You actually feel like an Assassin rather than a superhero, and planning your approach, using the environment, staying hidden, and finding the perfect route is incredibly satisfying. It's honestly difficult to understand how Ubisoft managed to create gameplay this good and then never fully reproduced it in the games that followed. The story might not be amazing, and the launch was a disaster, but those things shouldn't erase what Unity does exceptionally well.
