Over all, decent remake. They missed a lot of the finer details. Can't pick up weapons, can't disarm, can't use only hidden blades, can't sell metal and wood even if you don't need them anymore. The added content should have been in the first few hours of the game not near the end. The paid dlc stuff is garbage, you don't need it. It doesn't look good or fit in at all. The perks it gives are mediocre at best, the swords? useless. Guns? Gimmicky and inferior to the free battlepass pistols. Trinkets? Borderline unoticable. The looks? Amazing, the water is gorgeous. The sunsets are beautiful. The gameplay? Passable, but not a 1 to 1. Really miss all the options the older AC titles presented you with. The enemy AI is... present? It's not great. Clear an entire zone by hiding in the same bush and whistling. On the other hand enemy's aren't too spongy like in modern AC games. Story? Exactly as you remember it until the added content. Price? Better off getting the original or 4.99 or whatever. Is Ubisoft 'back'? No. Just predatory use of nostalgia. ***SPOILERS*** The add content is good until it isn't. It ignores ALL OF THE CHARACTER GROWTH THROUGHOUT THE GAME. Oh you thought he learned something and might be a better person? Well how about no? Also at this point in the game he should be filthy rich.
