Did I want to buy the game a second time? No, not really. Why did I? Survival Evolved was too laggy, like genuinely broken, so $11 was a cost I was willing to take since I was in the mood for the game. This review is solely from a singleplayer/non-dedicated standpoint and yeah, I haven't gotten far into the game again yet. It's ARK, that's it. There's a handful of different dinosaurs, but the rest are still the same. Sure, it's annoying that there's two (solely dinos) locked behind a paywall but I don't want them anyways. I can't complain about the game much besides it lacking the Fjordur map, since everything I ever really touched is still there just with a slightly different game name and a changed menu/character creator. It's playable and you can do everything you could do in Survival Evolved. Non-dedicated servers work just fine and I haven't had issues with the cursed tether distance, which is great to me. I will say that the DLC that is behind a paywall doesn't call out to me, so I won't try it, but the game seems fine so far. I'd recommend just getting it on a big sale if you're wanting to play ARK again or for the first time without paying for an entirely new copy of the original with updated graphics. Oh, and some dinosaurs seem to have some special moves, which is neat. I don't remember that being in the original.

game is very good. Just needs to run better. I get roughly 130fps on all medium preset. But i also have to play with frame gen and dlss which makes the game look not so great.

demasiadas actualizaciones a la semana. entiendo que sea para corregir bugs PERO no lo hace, para lo único que sirve las actualizaciones son para romper mas el juego, no hay una actualización siquiera que no haya roto algo mas. me gusta el juego pero si no quieres dolor de cabeza ese juego no es para ti.
