You will be expected to hand over cash to the "developers" just for playing the game.[/quote] "Arena of Faith" is yet another nasty iPhone game on Steam. It's not free, it's riddled with toxic mobile app microtransactions in the nasty real money cash shop that's integrated into every aspect of this shallow garbage. This is a weak ripoff of LOL/DOTA2 made for Chinese mobile phone app stores. It's a shoddy mobile port and of course, unlike DOTA2, because this is a mobile app cash grab scam, the winner of each fight is determined purely by who spends the most money in the cash shop. Disgusting. So what game there is here is just a shallow iPhone screen tapper. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the too-bright, colourful, thin plastic cabinet dress theme on the slot machines at the casino. The minimal "game" aspect of this mobile app is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Ignoring that this is just a nasty predatory mobile app scam... at best, this is a garbage iPhone app. I didn't drop thousands on a high-end gaming rig just to pretend it's an iPhone, and I doubt you did either... this sort of trash has no business worsening your Steam library. It seems this was abandoned by the devs 10 months ago. It will stay incomplete forever. These unfinished, abandoned game attempts just clog the storefront and make it difficult for players to find honest, fully developed games. Despite being unable to finish the actual game, the "developers" clearly had plenty of time to build a working cash shop and a payment processing system. That proves their main priority was just to extract money from Steam users just like mobile scammers do with mobile peasants. Next is pricing and what value this has for gamers. Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of [b]only 9 players[/b], it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time playing this. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
