Played perfect with Rosetta 2 on Mac. + A cute little adventure slash visual novel (sorta) about a guy who takes a trip on a bike through a part of the world that isn't where I'm from, and I found it enjoyable mostly for that reason. - Would love to see the un-smudged version, and not quite sure why text moves at a scripted pace when there's no voice acting. One or the other would have been cool.
the best way of describing this experience is saing that this is like a point and click blog if the idea is apelig to you i thing that you will love it because is entertaining fun and an interesting idea and like all the sockpop games it has a lot of love put in it. mi favorite part were the horny cow that has a preaty good haircut by the way and the 2/10 waterfal
ENG: Chill and relaxing trip through Dutch countryside, 360° images, content for 20 to 40 minutes depending on how much you stop to contemplate. Like most Sokpop games, it feels like it could have done something more, for example achievements and in this case the negative point is that you can not save the game, so you have to pass it in one run. Recommended on sale.
Aran's Bike Trip fails to provide a satisfying answer to the big Why’s. Why, of all the interesting characters in Aran's Bike Trip lore, would anyone want to play an entire game as Aran? Why would one trade the solid action of prior games in this universe for busywork, uninspired and frustrating platforming, and bad stealth? It’s not clear who this is for, or what it was intended to achieve. What is clear is that it’s not fun to play, and not something to recommend to any but the most curious and dedicated Aran's Bike Trip fan.
A simple and relaxing game about biking in the Netherlands. I really loved that the developer actually did the trip and brought us with him. It felt personal. I loved the visuals. The shots are beautiful in themselves, and it makes it even more playful to have an artsy filter on them.
Nice, short, sweet. I shall forever remember cow horse.
I love this, thank you for sharing the Journey.
I do wish there was an achievement for collecting every bike for replay value, but for what it is, Aran's Bike Trip is a good experience
What a lovely little experience! I love biking and the summer scenery is wonderful. Thank you for making this!
