This game is fantastic looking with a lot of things to explore and do, my main issue with it is how much "android like" microtransation system of this game is, just like the cheap android games it also throws in a bunch of pay to access things, I understand that monetization is a big part of any videogame but it shouldn't feel like its being integrated as a part of gameplay, unfortunately this game feels very oriented toward gaining more profit rather then player satisfaction, only if they could make it more balanced where the person who doesn't wanna pay every month on a game can also feel like a part of the game not just an outsider being bombarded with the $ Tag everywhere. Apart from the horrendous microtransation system this game is quite well made, I like the gameplay and story it also runs very smoothly without any performance issues which is great but unfortunately might not be able to enjoy it for long cuz the money grab just pisses me off.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

不玩會更開心
Мне очень сильно понравилась эта игра. Я просто в нее влюбилась. Спасибо огромное разработчикам за их работу) Надеюсь вы будете продолжать в том же направлении. Желаю вам успехов)
Just Dont. Everything about it sorta feels off. And if you look into pawprint they are owned by FunPlus*, which makes some of the worse moblie games (really really bad p2w crap). In fact everything funplay has is moblie trash expect this. They probably created Pawprint Studio to avoid having FunPlus name on this title or tax reasons. Anyways the game itselfs to feels weird it hard to expain but it feels idk fake and gross, like someone got ai to make a pokemon game. Like its a monster catching game for kids... with out any of the soul idk how else to explain it. Edit: I had mistakenly put funplay not FUNPLUS. FunPlus is the compay that owns pawprint.
Update: Was told to do a survey that didn't ask for my steam information or how to contact me that everything is unlinked. Also unclear if I use their PC client now will I loose my character. This launch is a dumpster fire. Original: Can't bind my Beta accounts through steam says that the account already is bound elsewhere. I didn't donate all that Beta time to be given empty promises.
idk what all the hate is about the game is beautiful and super fun
The amount of people crying about paywalls with 1 hour of gameplay is actually comical. Almost 8 hours in and I have not received 1 pop up to push me into the store. Is there a store button you can click on, yes. Literally every game, even paid games, have cash shops in this day and age. However I have not been pushed into the cash shop once. Is there an energy bar for doing certain world events? Yes. However you can use a free currency called glimmer you earn while playing to literally buy energy refills. Lets talk cosmetic pricing. So far there are 4 cosmetic sets. 1 is roughly $6, 1 is $15 and 2 are $20. Pretty average for a free to play game. The devs have to make money for giving you this game for FREE. There is a $5 monthly pass that literally gives you a little more than $5 worth of the premium currency right away and allows you to collect a small amount of glimmer (in game currency you earn from playing used to purchase the energy I mentioned above and an assortment of other goodies) as well as a bit of companion xp each day. Is there a battle pass? I believe this is what the collectors handbook is. There is a $10 pass and a $20 pass. Do you need to buy it? Nope! It should be noted that there are plenty of challenges to gain free aniipods which are also scattered around the world. The challenges also provide you with glimmer, xp, and various other rewards for completing them. Is the tutorial pretty bland? It is. But after the tutorial the game opens up and allows you to explore. If you rush the main story quest ofc you are going to get cut scenes. Are you forced to rush the main story quest in order to explore? Nope. Is exploring fun. I find it to be so. Its a very relaxing experience. Early battles are easy. I have not had any trouble with battling yet and do hope the battles become more challenging but my eyes are set on PvP and the challenge of battling other pathfinders. The visuals are great, but I am playing on a 5080, I-9, and 64gb of ram. No stuttering, no crashes, no screen tear, nothing. The aniimo seem very unique. They definitely found inspiration from other creature collectors such as pokemon and digimon however none of them seem like direct copies with minor changes like palworld did with pokemon. All in all I'm very much enjoying my experience and will update my review if this changes (mainly if competitive PvP feels unachievable without spending money). If you are a die hard fan of creature collectors I would try the FREE game and formulate an opinion for yourself :)
