Cool game! My first time to see Texas in VR simulation, fancy casino and immersive atmosphere. Although the avatar has frozen expressions,since it's not easy to make the avatar behave like real person in VR, I can forgive this and encourage the developers to go ahead,anyway it's easy to control the avatar.The only thing is I wanna play with more live people, I shall invite friends to join!

I'm so glad to introduce you guys this game. Wait for a long time to have such a real poker room. It's too easy for me to win robot's money, so come on, let's play together.

"Amigo VR" s quite simply a VR casino with gambling, intended to prey on gamers. While it's advertised as "Free" to play, it isn't, you must buy chips to continue playing after you inevitably lose... after all, odds are in the houses favour (and the houses bots). The developer claims it's not gambling because you can't cash out, so all the money they try to coerce you into buying "chips" with is gone for good. I don't see how that's better or worse than just going to a casino. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool, but in this case it's also on the hopes that VR functionality would be an extra hook to try to get people spending money on chips... disgusting, really. Another toxic aspect of this scamware is the developer also refused to use Steamworks and wants you to hand over your email address and other personally identifying information just so you can get scammed and the developer can track you, profile you and spy on you at the same time. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 6 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. I'm glad gamers had enough sense to avoid this scam. I'm at a loss for words at how such an evil, unethical system as organised online gambling could jam its foot into the door here on Steam, at a time when loot boxes and other anti-gamer, predatory exploitation systems are being investigated by governments around the world. Pretending for a moment this isn't the evil of cancer manifesting itself on Steam with the intention of exploiting and entrapping PC gamers into gambling and debt, it's a badly made game in general, with locked resolution and poor quality visuals, lots of bugs, too. So it doesn't meet the standards for a PC game. But I'm pretty sure that being cancer personified is really more than enough reason to disqualify this one.

Я давно мечтал попробовать свои силы в покере, но всегда откладывал это на потом. Однако, когда я узнал о существовании виртуальной реальности и игры «Texas Hold'em Poker» от Amigo VR, я сразу же решил попробовать. И не пожалел! Первое, что меня поразило — это реалистичность игры. Все элементы интерфейса выполнены очень качественно, а графика и звук создают полное погружение в атмосферу казино. Я чувствовал себя настоящим игроком, сидя на уютном диване у себя дома. Второе, что меня впечатлило — это напряжённая и захватывающая атмосфера игры. Мне пришлось проявить всё своё мастерство и интуицию, чтобы обыграть других игроков и триумфально подняться на вершину покерного Олимпа. Я ощущал каждый свой ход, каждое решение, и это было незабываемо! Третье, что мне понравилось — это возможность общаться с другими игроками в реальном времени. Я мог делиться своими стратегиями, узнавать новые приёмы и просто наслаждаться общением с единомышленниками. Конечно, есть и некоторые недостатки. Например, иногда игра может быть немного сложной для новичков, но я считаю, что это только добавляет интереса и азарта. В целом, я очень доволен игрой «Texas Hold'em Poker» от Amigo VR. Это отличный способ насладиться одной из самых популярных карточных игр мира, не выходя из дома. Рекомендую всем любителям покера!
