Amaze GO!

Decent game, terrible app design There’s a lot to love about the app. It’s a casual game with a chill vibe, and the game prioritizes successful taps successful taps so my fat fingers don’t get me in too much trouble. But the UI drags it down. The puzzles start and end with statistics that don’t feel accurate, like “60% of people think this is too hard.” These text pop ups don’t serve anything and should be cut entirely. The bottom ~15% of the screen is negative space that can’t be used to zoom in. I’ve never noticed anything use this space, so blocking it from interactive play space is an obtrusive choice. I’d like to see the play space expanded. Recently the game has added text banners that float from right to left. They’ll say something like “[user456] cleared the level in 50 seconds.” These banners float on top of the of the puzzle, blocking the play space for as long as they’re displayed. And the accompanying emojis only serve to block more of the play space. I beg the devs to cut this. The game is updated regularly and I always read the notes, hoping to see improvements rather than obtrusive design choices. But every update is the same copy/ pasted message with no actual context of when poor design choices are implemented or good design choices are removed. At its core, the game is great. But there are lots of room for improvement, and recently updates are a step backward.

Awesome Brain Workout My title says it all. My only question is can that aggravating banner be turned off. I don’t care about how fast someone else finished the level. It’s just distracting.

Can’t win this game Terrible game. They change the cash out goal every time you reach it. Impossible to get paid

Challenging Love this a lot. I just wish they would leave the score board up long enough to read the score. It blinks on then off immediately.

Too many ads Ads after every puzzle and there’s not an option to buy ad-free

Addicting but needs better noise This game is very addicting. I just wish the sound effect when you select each arrow was more pleasant. It sounds like you’re scratching on a tin roof.

Annoying Messages The game is fun to play but the animations are distracting as they get in the way. The bogus messages about being only a few to finish the game when so many can be done in under a minute should be removed as it is not truthful. The last straw came this morning when I started seeing banners go across the screen stating things like a certain person finished the current game in 3 minutes. I saw 3 within about 5 minutes. Once I save this review I’m uninstalling the app. Thank you to this company for all the fun I had.

Terrible Horrible app, ads will pop up and there is no way to close them. You have to restart the app every time an ad pops up. It’s VERY frustrating!
