самые энергозатратные крестики-нолики. Если для простой игры нужен лист бумаги и карандаш, то тут надо чтобы шахтеры добыли уголь, довезли его до электростанции, там бы его сожгли, электричество поступило бы в дома, кто-то включил комп и сыграл в крестики нолики.

Literally tic-tac-toe. Not bad in any major way, free, its a decent game.
