What the actual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ abysmal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happend to this Franchise ? Wtf Microsoft ? The Ideas and thoughts are fine, it's like literally mostly every other Strategy Game now a days, they're doing the BARE minimum. On top of that, doing the Total War Warhammer Type of nonsense and locking Fractions behind DLC Paywalls is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in Warhammer and it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ here. It's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Release Game's fully or just don't. Now, the Game itself. Holy ♥♥♥♥. From Cheaters in the Multiplayer just like it was in the 3rd to this absolute NONSENSE of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AI. It sucks, it sucks left, it sucks right, it sucks and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ESPECIALLY sucks the ASS. This used to be something, a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Pillar People looked up to and were like "THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT"
Well Folks, we're at the Point in Reality and in our Life's where "THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT" turned into "NEVER ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COPY WHAT THESE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ARE DOING". I'm glad I didn't pay any Money on this. I knew somehow it was going to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird. Stronghold Warlords left a very bad taste in my mouth and yes. Yes, this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worse. Microsoft, I hope you never see a single Penny from any Human on this Planet again, a Man can wish. You'd deserve it in all honesty. Bill Gates, ♥♥♥♥ you for having a Company that allows ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like this to exist but you know, don't really need to get into all that type of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I guess, dudes a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enough.
Do yourself a Favor. Stay with AoE 2. Mod it, do whatever the ♥♥♥♥ you want with it but do not give them your Money. This Game ain't worth it, they ain't worth it. I would love to be able to say "hey, it's worth it on sale". No it's not. It's just ♥♥♥♥. It's absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. Opinions are objective and yada yada yada. There's so much FACTUALLY wrong with this Game that you just cannot argue about the Pricetag and the DLC handling and everything this Game is inside i.e. Gameplay etc.
Bottom Line. Franchise went downhill with the 3rd one and died with the 4th. Do not give them your Money. If you have to try this for yourself. Pirate it. ♥♥♥♥ these guys. All the rest of you, blessed life to ya <3
