Against the storm is easily the best city builder I've ever played. Endless replayability, tight game loop, and extremely deep mechanics.

Brilliant game. Impressively built resource management/colony builder made for people who love restarting a colony over and over for that early game rush. Dispatching (or taming :3) the horrors of the glades is creatively done, and when I finally managed to complete my first seal, the satisfaction was earned. Looking forward to the DLCs.

It's a great game that for me scratched the itch Northgard left with being able to concentrate on city planning instead of fighting other clans. Unfortunately had to uninstall it because I don't like what it does to me - it's way too addictive and time-consuming. Don't know if that was desingned on purpose or just emerged out of game mechanics being that way. So if you have a lot of free time and like city building under pressure - yeah, would recommend.

game sucks now, some 4 years ago i saw potential in the game and played until i got bored of it. i dont recognize what they updated it into, difficulty was turned way up despite me still playing on the same difficulty like i did before. every session now takes forever, feels like the winbar is now double in length..
