Since the devs are just cutting and pasting the same game each time, I'll cut and paste my last review of one of their entries: Unless you really like awkward paint by colors, this is the same low-effort bollocks as the previous entries. The controls still stink, the cats are still being drawn by a four-year-old in Windows 3.1's MS paint, and the search can be completed in less than two minutes. There are a number of find-100-whatever games on Steam where the developers clearly put effort into the presentation and time to complete. This isn't one of them.

100 Cats Lost In England Find & Color offers a pleasantly uncomplicated mixture of hidden-object searching and color-by-numbers relaxation. Developed and published by Two Cats Games, it revolves around exploring detailed England-inspired illustrations while attempting to locate 100 cats concealed among buildings, scenery, decorations, and countless small environmental details. The concept is immediately understandable, making it suitable for casual players who want something peaceful rather than mechanically demanding. The search for hidden cats forms the heart of the experience. Each illustrated environment is packed with lines, objects, and visual distractions that make the cats increasingly difficult to distinguish at a glance. Some can be discovered almost immediately, while others require careful inspection of smaller sections of the picture. There is an enjoyable rhythm to gradually clearing the scene, particularly as the number of remaining cats decreases and every undiscovered feline becomes increasingly challenging to locate. It is simple gameplay, but the satisfaction of completing the entire collection keeps the hunt engaging. Its England theme helps give the artwork more character than a completely generic hidden-object backdrop. The environments draw inspiration from English scenery, architecture, landmarks, and cultural imagery, with the hand-drawn presentation providing plenty of small elements to examine. The monochrome line-art approach is especially effective because the cats can blend naturally into their surroundings. Rather than relying on complex graphical effects, the game gets most of its visual appeal from the density and personality of its illustrations. Finding the cats is not the end of the activity. The coloring component gives players another reason to spend time with the illustrations after searching them. Instead of offering unrestricted digital painting, the game uses a color-by-numbers approach in which numbered sections guide the player toward the appropriate colors. Filling an initially plain illustration with color creates a satisfying visual sense of progress. This mechanic also fits the relaxed tone because it requires patience rather than fast reactions or complicated decision-making. The game can be approached alone, but online cooperative functionality adds a welcome social option. Searching for hidden objects with another player can be entertaining because two people may notice completely different details within the same complicated picture. Online chat further supports the cooperative experience. Steam Achievements provide additional objectives for completion-minded players, giving those who enjoy collecting achievements another incentive to thoroughly explore what the game offers. Its overall presentation clearly prioritizes relaxation. Background music through the Meow FM feature complements the slower pace without attempting to dominate the experience. There are no stressful timers or demanding action mechanics at the center of the design. Players can inspect illustrations at their own pace, making it particularly suitable as a short break between larger games or as something to play when a more demanding experience sounds exhausting. The main drawback comes directly from this simplicity. Anyone expecting a substantial narrative, complicated puzzle mechanics, exploration systems, or extensive progression may find the experience too limited. Searching and coloring are the central attractions, and there is deliberately little mechanical complexity beyond them. The color-by-numbers system is also more structured than a traditional painting application, so players seeking extensive artistic freedom should adjust their expectations accordingly. Replay value may similarly depend on how much enjoyment someone gets from revisiting completed artwork after learning where objects are hidden. Steam Deck compatibility is officially categorized as Playable rather than fully Verified. Performance with the default graphics configuration is considered suitable, and the game can run successfully on SteamOS. However, handheld players should expect compromises. Some functionality is not fully accessible through the default controller configuration, touchscreen interaction or a community controller layout may occasionally be useful, and text entry can require manually opening the virtual keyboard. Some interface text may also appear small, while certain prompts can display keyboard, mouse, or non-Steam Deck controller icons. It is therefore functional on the Deck, but the experience is less seamless than a fully optimized handheld release. As a whole, this is an appealing little casual title that understands the audience it is trying to entertain. The combination of finding 100 cleverly concealed cats, completing colorful illustrations, earning achievements, enjoying cooperative play, and taking in an England-themed setting creates a charming package without unnecessary complications. Its mechanical depth is modest, but that is largely intentional. For hidden-object enthusiasts, cat lovers, achievement hunters, and players searching for something calm and accessible, it provides an enjoyable way to unwind. Rating: 8/10
